For years, the government quietly maintained peace through a mysterious welfare network, feeding something it never fully understood. When a sudden blackout severs that connection, the balance collapses.

Now, from the shadows of the cities, they are stirring: dark, predatory shapes that once stayed docile as long as the system kept feeding them. But the network is down… and every declined card, every offline terminal, is a signal ... the feast has begun.

In an abandoned safe house, a lone survivor known only as FACELESS transmits warnings across dead air, trying to guide whoever’s left to safety. But the static is rising, and the creatures are learning to listen.
